Shouldn't Hashirama be able to manipulate his cells?

For example, shouldn't Hashirama be able to make Orochimaru implode (explode from the inside-out) if he wanted to?
Hashirama is able to control his Mokuton techinuqes because his chakra flows through 'em. His chakra also flows through Orochimaru's, Madara's, and Obito's body, so couldn't he just make them implode or control their movements?

He could probably control Orochimaru lol with his cells idk ..he is able to break out of Edo Easily
