I thought Hagoromo said Kaguya only possessed Byakugan and Sharingan powers.

OT: All Rinnegan user's have six paths techniques. whether or not they come with exclusive jutsu's depends a Rinnegan that can see limbo clones but can't use limbo clones? Amenojikara is just a S/T jutsu. I think it's just the jutsu's that that pick up once they awaken the Rinnegan.

It's likely that he meant she didn't use Six Paths Techniques/didn't know how to use them. I mean, they're called Six Paths Techniques for a reason; Hagoromo discovered them. Kaguya's attacks are generally kind of instinctual attacks based on her KKG (bone jutsus and dimension-shifting). In spite of having all the releases, she doesn't really use them in battle, for example. Mainly relied on Ash-Killing Bones, Byakugan, dimension shifting, that hand-thing...

6P's Rinnegan dojutsu requires some mastery, but Byakugan kind of just works (even though you can obviously increase your proficiency with it). Sharingan tech is the same, you can just kind of instinctively use the dojutsus.

Well she's not a shinobi or a fighter so she wouldn't know how to use her dojutsu like Hagoromo and Uchiha who had the brains and skill to learn their abilities and use them.

She absorbed Amaterasu which kinda shows she had Preta Path and she did use the Byakugan whenever she used the chakra fists which were basically Jyuken on steroids.

Kaguya had all abilities but only knew how to use them in their raw form due to her lack of ninjutsu ability, like how she uses a TSB with all elements but not use simple jutsu like Lava release.

If the RinneSharingan was used by someone like Madara or Sasuke they would have been able to use any technique they like since all KKG jutsu come from Kaguya and RSM's "understanding of all things" combined with Sharingan copy technique would grant the power to master any jutsu in NV.

Wrong, Obito said he could have used all 6 Paths if he wasn't focusing on controlling the bijuus. And Sasuke's eye has the power of two Rinnegan because it's closer to the RinneSharingan.

He only used 3 because he never had time to learn them, he awoke his dojutsu a few hours ago and doesn't have "understanding of all things" like Naruto hence why couldn't use all the feats his new power gave him.

If it wasn't for his Sharingan's ability to memorize and copy jutsu he wouldn't have been able to use any Rinnegan jutsu at all besides Ameno.

And the reason we never see him use Rinnegan jutsu in Boruto movie or Gaiden is the same reason we never see Naruto use RSM, those jutsus would end the plot before it even begins.

Just because plot resrticts him from using 6Path jutsu doesn't mean he can't use them, otherwise we might as well say Madara can't use Human path and Naruto can't use RSM.

Which doesn't make sense for Kaguya. I mean sure she can absorb chakra but is that preta path? Or just a technique from the Shinju tree? The reason I say she don't have six paths is because Hagoromo's Rinnegan is the 1st ever Rinnegan. Kaguya's RinneSharingan became his Rinnegan in it's purest form. Which would mean it came with totally different techniques.

Well we can't really say that because Hagoromo and Hamura wasn't shinobi either. If her RinneSharingan did have both sharingan and Rinnegan powers then she could/should have used some instead of gentle fist. Amenominaka and the other one. Also I don't know if we should call that Preta or not. Could be the same thing the Shinju tree used to absorb chakra.

Well I believe you need both eyes to have access to all 6 paths, if in the future Sasuke is shown to use the other paths, then who am I to argue. But till then its only 3 paths for Sasuke imo.

By that logic then it's 1 path for Madara and none for Hagoromo.
