Should Tsunade have died ?

She was broken in half. I dont care how much gypsy magic Orochimaru has. Also the plot would have benefited from her death and it would be a little refreshing to have a death( you know what I mean) or it would give the war and madara more meaning or impactful. DO you value her as a character more than the overall plot?


Or how about the other Kages ( not gaara of course )

I'm glad she survived, otherwise it would have been pointless for Dan to tell her not to die so soon, and then have her die like a chapter later. Also, this opens the way for the sannin reunion that I'm hoping for.

The only kage who should have died is Onoki. He's the oldest and he had a flashback in the fight against Madara, so I was kind of expecting him to give his life for the sake of the other kages, plus the whole "New taking over the old" theme would have been revived... I don't mind that he's alive though, it makes the Juubi battle more interesting now that all five kages will be arriving.

None of them should have died, otherwise what would be the point of leaving them half dead? Only to die meanwhile after?
She isn't a very important character in regards to the overall plot, but she has her value as an individual character.
She was broken in half, yes, but she isn't a normal person. Senju + Uzumaki + Best medical ninja of all time allowed her to survive (she only needed Karin's help because she had the other 4 to heal at the same time, which mean alone she would be fine).

I don't hate any other kages, but I think indeed that the war will have more impect if someone important died. I mean, you see many unknown shinobi dieing, but we don't realise them. We only look at the important people. We would realise that this is real war if some of those people died, and I think that Tsunade and Oonoki must have died. Oonoki is old, Tsunade was merely alive! I know that you can live without arms and legs, but the chances are very small. You'll bleed death.

Well Tsunade stayed alive al byherself all the time
30 chapters passed and she was still alive and healing the kages with byakugou thats some feat
The kages didnt deserve a death like these and they are alive
