If hxh ever resumes. Do you think there will be an arc about leorio someday? An arc in which he gets proper plot and character development? He seems to be the least developed main chracter in hxh

Yeah not for a while, the manga is ahead of the anime by only 10 chapters. I don't see another adaptation coming till a few more arcs are released.

The chimera ant arc was consisted entirely Gon and Killua. The dark continent arc will be about Kurapika and Leorio.

Gon and Killua are pretty much done for a while based on how the most recent arc ended.
