Should The Rinnegan Have Been Saved For much Later?

I feel as though the Rinnegan has lost it's shock value and relevance due to the fact that it was introduced far too early.

Kishimoto should have saved it for some War-Arc moment, as somebodie's trump card or such. As it stands, somebody having the Rinnegan right now against these opponents isn't very impressive.

idk. I just feel as though the Rinnegan should have been much more powerful, and revealed much later.

Anything is gonna lose its shock value after a while even if Kishi revealed it now, a couple of months from now it would've lost it's shock value as well. Either way it would lose it's shock value. If Kishimoto didn't reveal it would affect the story greatly mainly with Nagato

Kishi stated that it's most powerful eye dojutsu there is.. and then he plotted nagato.. the first rinnegan user ( we seen in series ) so6p doesnt count.. To NOT use those eyes on full potential.. and then.. kishi just started to give rinnegans and other uber sh1t to everypeople on the freaking battleground... now we are just missing arnold muscles and this is more like dragonball z xd AND yes.. they should been saved for later use... ima agree.. ->

That wouldn't work. Nagato still exists as a villain and I don't see how the Invasion of Pein Arc would work without possessing the Rinnegan. In addition to that, it would be more menacing if Obito/Madara actually used the Rinnegan.. It's similar to Sennin Mode. It was cool and rare at first, with only Naruto possessing it and Jiraiya having an Imperfect-Form of it. Then Kabuto got it and then Hashirama got it and it's not as special as it used to be. Everything eventually loses its shock-value.

I wonder what its powers are based on? Sharingan is shintoism, rinnegan is buddhism.

Tht bein madara Nagato


Obito had it granted but he never used it ( prob cuz he didn't know how..)

Sage has it but we haven't even seen what he looks like

It hasn't lost value what has lost value is sharigan and senju DNA everybody at least has one lmfao one way or another ..

Rinnegan should have been saved for later. Sharingan is still used alot more even sage mode is used more. There should be a flash back of the sage of six paths to show how the rinnegan was effectively used.

I don't think it would've mattered. To me it fit in fine when it was brought in and it really hasn't lost it's epicness... we just know what it's able to do. Sharingan and Byakkugan and any other major KG that we've seen since part one are in the same boat if not worse off... but are still epic in their own right as well. Unless there is a big reveal about to happen (new move for it) then I'd just let it be what it is.
