Should the kages put up with Kawakii?

If he keeps being ungrateful and acting menacing, should konoha as a village put up with him or should they lock him up/ push him out of the village?
This is a serious question, I dont know what I would do, maybe they should respect Kawakii or maybe they should kick him to the curb.

Or to some Otsutsuki's dimension.....Naruto shouldn't be dead, because Kawaki didn't say that he'd killed him, only that he 'sent' him somewhere.

Yea nobody knows, but it wouldn't surprise me if he does die, I don't know how I feel about that but I think some writer said it made sense to let the old generation go away to make way for the new, like how they kill off the old gen in SW.

They also keep him around because they want to know more about him, karma and Kara.
Which they cant if they let him go.
That is part of the reason why they put up with his behaviour.
That and Naruto empathizing with him.
