Shadow clone jutsu has nothing to do with shadows. This is very noobish of you. The "shadow" part if referring to an exact copy of the user. Shadown clone jutsu is the basic shadow clone jutsu, it's not enhanced like lightning clones or water clones. Shadow clones just poof

why do u think

most ninjas can do shadow clones but it takes half the users charka and splits it up its easier to just make a clone. naruto is so good at cuz he has alot of charka shikamaru doesnt have alot of charka on the other hand. the only person to use shadow clons while fighting were naruto and itachi shows u how much chakra itachi really has

shikamaru has trouble using his jutsu now for a long period of time, if he were to use even one clone it would drain his chakra to fast and he would become useless.

No, it's still a Clone(replacement) Jutsu. It's one of the Leaf's Forbidden Jutsu due to the massive chakra drain on the user, such a drain that it can kill the user after a single use. There is no Wind to it.

Shikamaru doesnt has chakra equal to naruto and even if he were to do it he would just faint using shadow clone technique while training

I dont think they would be that good for him as he already has chakra problems just using his shadow techniques. I mean if he knew how it might come in handy at some point but i doubt he'd want to make more than 1 in any given fight.
