Should Sasuke be executed? Yay or Nay?

Shikamaru doesn't know that elders are the reason why Sasuke lost his parents, brother and everyone from the clan. If he knew this, he would understand Sasuke, because he knows what it's to lose someone. When Hidan killed Asuma, Shikamaru couldn't forgive him and wanted revenge.

Shikamaru didnt go around killing random ninjas who aren't related to Hidan did he? He made up his mind after hearing about sasuke attacking Bee. This for me is the main reason why Sasuke cant redeem himself. He joined the Akatsuki and attacked people who aren't related to Konoha and Uchiha and his quest for revenge in any way.

The whole point of this manga should be naruto ending the cycle of hatred in the ninja world... Or should i say btw the so6p's elder son and younger son?

Sasuke should get punished because he is guilty of those crimes but.... I don't see that happening... Perhaps if naruto writes a novel about "The Truth Behind Itachi and the Uchiha Clan" then everyone gets to know the truth beleive me they'll surely forgive sasuke.

So, all these Kages killed people aren't they murders? Hashram/Tobirama VS Uchiha's? 3rd Hokage in war/battles? Itachi killing his clan? Minato in the war? Naruto wanted to kill Pein/Nagato for what he did to Jiraiya. It's justifiable for them, as it is for Sasuke. He only killed Danzou (who was wrong and was anyways fighting to kill Sasuke also). He didn't kill the Samurai as people are saying (at least I don't recall it), he told them to back off and when they attack he injured them.

Is he stupid? Possible. Is he in the darkness? Yes. Is he after revenge? Yes.

There are big differences between the authority and a criminal, and you should know that. The military/government has the license to kill, while civiliance, or in this case missing-nins don’t.

Sasuke only killed Danzou, a man that was a criminal and responsibly for the massacre, and he is after the other two, If Sasuke kills someone in the war or attacks Konoha, than yes, he has gone too far that is when Naruto will make his decision, as Naruto and Gaara know Sasuke still can come back.

As of now Sasuke is not a 100% criminal in my eyes, as he can still be saved, Kakashi, Tsunade, Gaara, and even Itachi know this.

You kinda said yourself, so i don't get your point.Kakashi and shika(and everybody else) got either permission from the leader Tsunade, or they defended themselves against criminals, while Sasuke is a deserter who doesn't have the same privileges. He doesn't follow the same laws as the rest of konoha,and he is a wanted man.

man danzo is not a criminal everything he did is for the greater good of the village even itachi and 3rd hokage agreed to the uchiha dead despite their belief. And sasuke is 100percent criminal an international criminal is 100cent criminal. Saving him is not from dead but from revenge even if he live and repent he will be an outcast or end in jail.

actually there is no way sasuke will die.if some of you guys read my thread that stated why sasuke won't die then you will notice a few things.
first of all because of his brother's wish.if memory serves me right madara told sasuke that itachi died for him so that he will recreate the uchiha .i did some thinking and it meant that he is not only supposed to clear the bad reputation for the uchiha and give them a good one he is also suppose to also have descendants after him to carry the uchiha name.

2.if sasuke dies, then this manga will only be the only one with a failure because there are other fans of sasuke.if a favorite character in a manga dies people will start to lose interest and give that manga a low grade.that applies to naruto manga(don't quarrel with me over this one because i'm right).

3.remember the reason for killing danzou and the addition of the konoha village into the destruction list is not yet known to the villagers.they all have a right to know.that way they will understand sasuke's burning thirst for revenge and will see the danger that they were in.this will help sasuke forgive them and the villagers forgiving him.

4.lastly because of Sakura.sakura fans will agree with me that she is obessed with him(she loves him dearly) i really don't see why she should lose him again.besides she is even voluntering to become the mother of the new uchiha tribe.and another simple reason her cry for him is emotional and I CAN'T BEAR IT ANY MORE.c'mon if the death happens it will be cruel to her.let us not be insensitive.

All i want to say is that sasuke really won't die and i'm sure that Mr kishimoto will defintely reach a compromise for the sake of everyone including the sasuke fans.that is the goal of every manga creator.

I have no sympathy for Sasuke, I don't think he should be forgiven for his crimes. Naruto's perception on the situation is irrelivent to the actual "justice" of the whole thing. I voted for the death. Sasuke should be executed, that would be the logical thing to do, and it would be realistic considering all the crimes he's comitted against the Great Nations.

it seems like you aren't understanding where I'm coming from, but let me say it like this.

Gaara, killed a few innocent people, he almost killed Lee/Was never going to be a Ninja again (Konoha Nin), he attacked Konoha, a long with Oro, him and his village are a little responsible for the third's death, put Sasuke in the hospital. He yet, gets away because he changed? And Sasuke can't for killing Danzou? or just saying he wil destroy Konoha which he has yet to touch it?

My main point why he isn't exactly there yet (100% criminal), if Gaara was ok, why can't Sasuke be? At the end IF he helps the alliance, why can't he be forgiven?

Where'd you read that? If Itachi agreed he would have tried taking the third out or even stuck with Danzou instead of Akatsuki. He blackmailed Danzou before leaving. The 3rd tried talking to Uchiha's. When Itachi told him everything he wasn't happy with it, but he had a 13 year old kid who killed his clan in order to protect the village, to top it off a kid who was going to let his younger brother kill him, in order to restore the Uchiha's name. Danzou didn't like the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Hokages ways of teaching yet the 3rd agreed with Danzou? 3rd closed down Danzou ANBU after this, and he (Danzou) operated in the shadow, after the 3rd death they came out.

Therefore neither did the 3rd or Itachi agree with Danzou's method.

If sasuke gets a family in the future it won't be in konoha(likely as a vigilante),unless he knocks somebody up before his court date lol.

Huh? this is clearly from a fan's perspective,and you can't prove this. I am a huge fan of jiraiya but i didn't lose interest when he died,and actually thought it was a meaningful death,and it was important for him to die so naruto could grow.Can you see how a story can benefit from the death of an important character.
