He may than be either forgiven, or given sentence, but reduced. At the most he'll die fighting with Naruto and for the alliance, than he will be known as a hero.

So you're saying that killing a Genin is justified? And Sasuke wasn't the one who attacked the Kages, the Kages attacked Sasuke, so Sasuke defended himself. Danzo was the only one Sasuke wanted to kill.
