I kinda feel like people should have the freedom to do so if they really wants to, I mean it should be their own fault anyway. But I know that's not the case, if you are an alcoholic here the state can force you to get sober and if you get angry they throw you in jail.
I think that's a little harsh, I mean it's part of life to do drugs.
If people can't handle isolation from drugs or if they truly don't want to I think it should be their right to live like that. Even if it kills them.

You have to think of the ramifications of the government allowing this. Do people have the right to OD right now? Well 100,000 white people will say yes right now in middle america. Should we care about the corpses that are left in the streets, cars, houses that will undoubtedly lead to larger problems if drugs are not regulated? You decide.

If we allow people to OD, the government should have the right to take their children away from them. But you know these types of people rarely want to allow that.

Also, if the government actually just lets them die, I'm sure lawsuits will rise because of negligence. Then a law has to be passed that prevents any legal action against the government, but that in itself is bad.

If you get triggered because I said "white people" just know that policies don't change until whites people are effected. See AIDS, poverty, drugs (heroin right now) etc.

Are you asking should all drugs be legal?

I can't say I have a solid opinion on this but I think I would feel uncomfortable if it becomes socially acceptable to abuse drugs

I would think the accessibility and legal acceptance would cause people to more brazenly abuse it where it starts to negatively impact regular civilians

Good question, IDK. Yes and No. If yes, it should be regulated to some facilities to monitor them and put restrictions for those who have family they take care of. If no, the reason is not a good idea because it feels wrong knowing people are killing themselves over a high.
