Should Orochimaru be considered one of the best Medical Ninja?

I know Orochimaru isn't the first choice when talking about medical ninja, but let's take a look at his feats in that field:​

• Proficiency in creating drugs, pills and medical stuff. Example - pills that keep one in near-death state, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of poisons, can even modify other people bodies' to make them immune to poisons.
• Skills in body modifications - Soft Physique etc.
• DNA manipulation, expert in transplantology.
• Proficiency in cloning.
• An ability to regrow lost limbs and body parts.
• The strongest regeneration abilities in NV.
• Running medical laboratories himself, long before Kabuto was recruited.
• Conducting sinister experiments on turning humans into snakes.

Obviously these are different from the standard Mystical Palm Technique, but does that really mean Orochimaru cannot be called a Medical Ninja? I think he can. And honestly, with his feats, he isn't far behind Tsunade and Kabuto in terms of medical abilities - it's just that his own feats are often overlooked, because he doesn't simply heal other people.

It's not my perspective but a med ninja is basically a ninja that heals another ninja's wound. Kabuto already healed himself a little from that Rasengan Naruto threw at him.
