this, people fail to understand he was already an unstable person and a teen at the same time, you people cant really expect a teen to make a good desicion especially if you had bad influences near you, also he was born without anything then he gained something that is rin and when she died he was once again without anything , it sure should have felt like the universe was toying with him.

It's not as simple as that... Losing a loved one can be devastating, and we rarely (if ever) get to "choose" when to stop grieving. Of course, this alone doesn't mean that he should be exonerated from his crimes, though.
