Should Neji have met Edo Hizashi?

It would have been interesting to see and had the potential to create great character development for Neji. Sure Hiashi was already there but I feel that Hizashi should have said a few words to Neji before moving on, thus in the process strengthening the relationship between Hiashi and Neji.

both neji and hinata should have met edo hizashi. It would have been the opportune time to showcase byakugan's improvements from part 1 to part 2. Sadly....that entire division was forgotten about.
