True but it's not enough to be promoted, Naruto didn't have the intelligence or maturity to be promoted to next level. Having a giant summon isn't enough

He had enough intelligence to use a summoning jutsu to fight off Gaara's shukaku transformation. Naruto has always been battle smart.
Anyways, rank doesn't matter and from genin to hokage is more impressive.

Ikr. The neji vs kido is proof neji is just as smart as he is strong, so the whole chuunin requirement is bogus. Seriously just another reason why i believe hiruzen was the worst hokage.

that CE was bogus for real. Hiruzen's standards were ridiculously inconsistent, and he didn't even live up to them half the time. The fact that he rewarded the only person who quit still makes me facepalm.

I see what you mean but it wasnt necessarily his fault though but if the series continued obviously Naruto would have won but it doesnt take much to become chinin remember Mitsuki from chapter one
