Should Naruto continue after Shippuden?

i say it all depends on what kishi has instore if there is part 3 it should be about narutos kid or something because i dont see naruto getting more powerful then what he is about to. the thing with naruto we know all the villains and they've continued and with all thats happening i dont see any other villains really poping up unless a long time skip. but me personally even do i dont want it to end but it would be better for the series to end with a bang that you will remember for a long time which is better than kishi having to drag it on and make it horrible because there might not be anything else he could show use thats new so even do i dont want it to end i dont see a part 3 unless kishi has something amazing

I agree with you on the fact that dragging it out would end up with more chances of an epic fail or breakdown of the entire franchise. Just like you said though the only way I can see it happening is after a long period of peace in which is where the time skip would come in. Everyone would be older and welcoming the new generation of shinobi to the Narutoverse. Kishi has a rare gem with this series and with the type of writer he is I wholeheartedly feel that he could continue this magic without taking any credibility away from his reputation as one of the best manganese writers alive.

Now I wouldn't mind having a couple extra chapters of Naruto and the rest of the konoha 11 grown up, but other than that no.

Also you have to concur that Shippuden is only act two of Naruto's story so in order to be a complete set it needs just one more part to be a complete trilogy so I think it could happen

look here, if kishi continue the series after the war then the power requirement for the next villain and the other ally ninja will be totally ridiculous, i mean we saw what BM naruto capable of, are expecting to see another ninja who can better than that or do the same thing ?

its ridiculous, considering they were ninja and yet they can shoot some cannon ball like in Dragon ball, that's not ninja anymore

It has to end, it's obvious naruto will settle things with sasuke in the war so all that should be done after the war is a little chapter about how everyone ends up blablabla, if Kishi continues Naruto once shippuuden is done for, it'll end up just like Bleach :|

Exactly I concur we don't need a GT repeat but who wouldn't want to see another chapter of the series with everyone grown up? If it were to happen and it was done right how could you possibly be disappointed? Kishi can do what Dragonball failed at be successful at a trilogy that will go down in history as one of, if not the best manga to ever be created.

Where there is power there is always an evil there to contest it. This we have known ever since the beginning of time. There's obviously someone that created that power so as we know so far the power ups that everyone now has could be shit compared to a god or a divine that had aided to create such a power. Naruto wont always be around to fight for peace and there will always be some evil there to challenge his ideology of peace. Once again proven since the beginning of time that evil never dies and peace always crumbles at some point of time or another.

true but a sequel has to be more epic then the previous chapter if they wanted to do a prt3 they shouldn't have gone all power crazy how do you top whats happening now?this is how bleach got killed coz the series relied on power ups and next level of transformation so no more power levels up means no more series.so unless the SOT6P comes back and strips everyone of there powers then prt3 can't work.if naruto kept it's recipe where you out manuevared or out smarted your apponent instead of just using brute power then a next series could have been easily achieved

think it should continue with naruto and hinata settling down and naruto being hokage and they have kids and in this series it shows backstories in the first few episodes of when there son/daughter was born and some dark villian arrises maybe some sort of lost uchiha and there son/daughter is the same age as naruto was in naruto and in the academy with iruka as the home room teacher again lol im not creative but this is sorta of an idea of what the the third continuation should be like

^ may be they can do episodes of previous kages or important not shown fights eg. Hashirama vs Madara... For few episodes.

I like this idea. They could always do a story on when the previous kages were younger or when Kakashi and his generation was like.
But like some other people have said it all depends on how the war ends, if there is still some unanswered questions then yes it should continue, but if there is nothing really to go on in the story then they should just end it.

I think a sequel of next generation could work.
I know this is a game, but those with knowledge of the Final Fantasy series know that part 4 had a sequel where much older versions of some of the original characters and their kids teamed up. There was also a bunch of new characters aswell obviously.
The main character who is the protagonist of the originals son struggles to live up to his parents reputation, a similar thing could happen with naruto's kid.
A naruto sequel could work like that somewhat.
