Should Naruto and Sasuke look like this after power-up?

I saw this on Tumblr, what do you think, should they look this way, and how do they look like this. (I'm aware Kishi did not make this from Naruto's cheek.)

I doubt they will look similar. As for this new power up I know that Naruto will still be levels stronger then Sasuke because of the all the power ups he already has.
