Muu with his level of Suiton in able to control the water particles around him to deflect light so that it can't bounce off him, effectively making him invisible. Its really complex in principle.

Shouldn't this feat make him one of the best Suiton Users? Atleast 4th or 3rd to people like Tobirama and Kisame.
