has this been at all spoke with him... also a new section would need to be made for it on the homepage, and being a one off (from what i gather) it'd make little sense.

And he will "only" have to upload it as a special

And I searched it up before making the thread and copyed exactly (well more or less) as it said where I got if from. Here let me copy the whole sentence:

Whatever way you look at it, it's a one-shot from Kishi called Bench and it will be released soon. And Mugiwara should upload it.

but unless it was uploaded as seperate images here which would be pointless, a brand new area would need creating on the main Narutobase site, just to host a one off manga xd
