I can't speak for the others but, for me it's kinda of prioritizing the work on NB, irl and my other hobbies like gaming during my free time rather than spending all the hours chatting on NB. So sure once in a while it's nice to join the discussions on NB, however for me it's not my highest priority. Alot of time is also spent at replying to everyone that PM or VM, however it's not even possible to answer everyone at times even though I do try to take care of their requests. Busy life, Hope you all understand.

Don't see what them posting would do. They are already around on the base. They have jobs and things we Adults do. Hobbies, GF's ect. They don't really have all the time in the world to sit on this website and chat with mostly children, specially over something boring and uninteresting to them. Like Itachi Solo's threads and such.

From my years here MODS/ADMINS post on the threads that have some sort of interest to them. It's really that simple at least In my Opinion. Just capture something they enjoy and watch.
