Unfortunately for you I know what, Oda said. And also he didn't deny anything in the question he was asked. If you have enough common sense you would see that he wants to keep the answers a secret but judging from his hints in the manga there will be some things to happen.

They're both adults. Luffy, may act like a kid but he isn't.
Him and Hancock are still young. I suppose you should remember that it's your opinion on the age in which YOU would date but in an anime it makes no difference. It's not real life and lots of people date people who are older than them.

Not really I don't think Gol D Roger was that...young I mean I'm sure Rouge was at least a decade younger than him...judging by their appearances of course.

Also Luffy is not going to live a long life where he's as old as Rayleigh or Garp, he's going to die quite young when you consider the fact everything that's happened and is still happening to his body so it doesn't matter who he's with it's not going to be for very long.

Also for the people who are saying One Piece doesn't have romance so it's going to be no one...the question was 'should he?' not 'Is he?' it's all speculation there can be no wrong or right answers at this present time.

Well, I don't see any pairings with Luffy infact I don't see any pairings happening in One Piece. With that said, everyone mentioned here would fit him. Nami, Robin, Vivi, Marguerite, Hancock, everyone would fit Luffy lol.
