Should Kishimoto kill off more characters?

As long as he can manage to pull it off; it is fine; Neji's death was a failure of writing skills compared to deaths like Jiraiya's; 4th's, Hiruzen's, Konan's and several others'; i am not saying Kishi is a bad writer; but he had ability to do a lot better with a character's death.

Like others have said, Kakashi needs to die. I think more of the K11 should be killed off as well. Especially Sakura 
Also, one or more of the 5 kages need to die. I think that if a Kage is gonna die, it's most likely gonna be Tsunade.
