I was really wondering about that despite the VERY few numbers of Jinchuuriki in the Naruto-verse. Should they still be consider another race of the human race? For a example like the series "Elfen Lied" Despite the few of numbers of Diclonius and slightly different features (Their horns and vectors) of a regular person; just like the Jinchuuriki. (I still consider that as human) Is it enough to be classified as another race from the human race?

Lol. No.

That's like considering someone with a prosthetic leg a different race.

No. Someone like Naruto though who's genetics are altered because of his mother's carrying of the nine-tails could be considered. Overall though, he's still human.
