What you could do, however, is compile all your dubs into one or a set of videos. Instead of 30-second videos, you could have one video featuring a range of dubs. That would avoid YouTube becoming suspicious or banning you.
In the description box, you can list the different voices featured, so that people know exactly what is in the video before they even watch it.
