Title is a little misleading, but anyways, I have been reading the manga ever since Tobi was revealed to be Obito. That being said, I have watched the anime instead of reading the manga for this whole time before Tobi's revealed identity.

So, my question is if I should go back to chapter 1 of part 2 and read the whole manga. I mean, the anime I heard covered all of it?

I dont watch fillers btw.

Honestly you don't have to. I think the biggest difference has been Hinata vs Pain....instead of the dragged out and honestly better anime version, the manga is a much shorter fight....it also never confirmed what Twin Lion Fists does.

If anything just go and fill yourself in on what has happened in the war!!! But I mean the anime will do that eventually

if you reread again, it'll make more sense. And would lessen the complain of "plot-holes" and other things you might think were weird.
I understand it all. And it was a loop hole that there was a way around the Death Reaper Seal when it was said to be permanent for eternity.....Kishi somehow had to get hte Hokage into play so...

You should if you want to be able to debate on this forum the anime isn't canon and many things are different
Many things aren't different, besides the fillers which I dont watch.
