[Question] should i read or watch one piece first??????

hi I'm completely new to one piece I haven't read any of the manga and my lil sis got me to watch an episode, it was brooks background and I must admit I actually cried watching that episode especially when they all sang one last time together and after all the times I saw her cry watching one piece I finally understand how great of a manga and anime this is, so to round this up I brought first 64 volumes for £100 and was wondering should I read the books first or watch that anime then read.

If you have alot of free time then go ahead and watch it, but if you don't then read manga because it's faster.

Watch the anime, definitely. :scorps: However, I haven't gotten to the manga myself, so I don't know what to tell you there.

Read it first, it's a little faster, but watch the anime after. The voice actors, the musics and everything is very good.

Read the manga up to the grand line part; so that you cover the slow beginning fairly quickly and without losing interest.
After that, if you're really into anime, it's a good thing to watch. Eventually when you catch up, switch back to the manga.​

i personally prefer read, because i can go through may chapters faster, and because i dont have to spend time with fillers.
