Should I quit my job asap

Yesterday I got my final written warning. It was my first warning but why is it final? From the temp agency. Anyway, during work even the operator was talking trash to me. Maybe I'm just some slave or robot to them. I'm still new and they're doing this. I try my best and I get exhausted quickly.

My former boss, a gas station owner said to text him whenever I need help. I'm trying to save up to $600 for a class in January. Should I do a two week notice?

Go for it. You're only more prone to error by exhausting yourself. Your old boss sounds considerate enough to not commit the same offenses your current one does.

Ask the Gas station owner if a job is open for you. If he says yes, quit your current job. If he says No, then you should try to stay till you get a new job at another place.

Better to quit i guess if you need money badly speak to your boss regarding why you are performing less and improvements.

If you think you are being treated shit then confront about it. Speak to the guy who disrespects you .

I try my best not to and I focus. I feel like there might be racism going on. I'll message my old boss now to see if he has openings. He actually mentors me and cares for his employees. The management people at my current job are lazy and don't care. Also I went through a temp agency.

Feel free to quit, but only if you've got another job waiting for you. Inquire now rather than later. If not, stick with it and start looking. Even if you do end up getting fired, at least you got some pay before it.

That would be better if you face racism then its a serious issue better report it to cops that you face discrimination in your work. If you feel your old boss likes to mentor you then thats best idea .
