Should I purchase Tomb Raider ?

I'm a big fan of the uncharted series and I did like far cry 3 I've heard that they are similar to tomb raider .

in tomb raider do the treasure do anything like in god of war or are they just for money

From what I've seen the game is pretty good. The Tomb Raider series goes far beyond that of Uncharted and Far Cry in terms of how long it's been around and I've loved it. And this is coming from someone who stopped purchasing the Tomb Raider games after the Playstation 2 was developed and released.

While I, myself don't have it, I've enjoyed the commentaries on YouTube, watching the gameplay... seems pretty good, so sure why not?
