Should i create an apple id on my ipad or on my pc

I am not sure if to click "create a free apple ID" on this ipad i am trying to set up for the first time, or should i use the pc to create the apple ID (you know by going to this link

and there i can sign up). Umm this is my first time with this kinda thing and i have never had an apple ID or an account or what ever.
So what should i do, and please tell me which is better to do.

It doesn't make a difference, really.

It might be somewhat more convenient and quick to do it on your iPad, but it all amounts to the same thing.

If u don't want to set up a card with it then do it on the website or iTunes is better if u don't care about having your card up there then do it on the ipad

That's up to you.

Will you make use of it's abilities? Either way, it might be good to activate it now and have a play around to decide - you can always deactivate it later.

Thanks very much I didn't use siri since i found out i could turn her on and off any time, so if i need her i would turn her on.
