Yes, Or simply of made Sakura a hyuga from the start.

Hyuga are knwon for their extremely good chakra control, So it would've went hand in hand with her becoming tsunades student. Then you would have representations of both kaguya and her sons, Nartuo & Sasuke (sage & his sons) Hyuga (Hamura/Kaguya).

More devlopment for the hyuga, Possibly giving either Sakura (if she were hyuga) or Hinata some of Hamura's power so it could've a proper fight with all 3 team members Vs Kaguya/Madara.

I Personally think it would've made the story better.

Aside from shitty romance with Naruto and bullshit pairings she has no relevance in the overall story whatsoever. Name one major thing she did besides getting her ass.kicked by pain? Which even that has no relevance aside from bullshit pairing romance.

Kishi made her the main Kunoichi by the end of the series, which says a lot. Of course being a member of team 7 comes with perks of doing/being a part of major things.

Hinata definitely had potential to be an amazing heroine, eons upon eons ahead of Sakura in every single aspect of her base character.
