'Fat' people shouldn't be looked down upon, regardless if they can control it or not; since in rl you can't differentiate between those who can do nothing about their weights and those who can. But both are human after all, and deserve some respect. Imo.

So, they should be encouraged to adopt for a healthier life-style instead of downgrade them for how they look.

I've never heard fat is genetic inheritance. Well, society is opened to everyone, and no one has the rights to interfere with people's rights; whether they're fat, skinned-colour, religious.

Though for fat people's benefits, we could advice them to go on diet.

No. Most people who are obese did it to themselves. I am not a hater but I tend to unappreciate someone who lets themselves go because of a certain thing. It's called moving on.

Fat is dead weight and it's only benefit for you is to make a goal and build integrity and self esteem to get rid of it. It weighs less than muscle but excess fat has no beneficial factor to the human body. As a Male you shouldn't have more than 15% IMO and as a female probably shouldn't have more than 12%. Should never go below 6 or 7% because your body essentially needs the fat for the immune system, and other means.

Most people can't afford eating healthy. My bill for foods that are healthy are expensive.
Most foods deemed "healthy" are really not and have additives, processed ingredients such as high fructose corn syrup which you can find in most common juices and cheap baked foods such as a knock off brand to oreos or hydrogenated oils found in processed mainstream brand peanut butters such as Skippy or JIF. Eat natural peanut butter like Adams or MaraNatha, or make your own.

Simple things people don't realize and are fooled by foods disguised as health foods but really don't help you but do worse.
