First of all, this is not a Sakura hate thread... please keep that to a minimum and focus on the actual theory...
Let's start off with basic analysis and then build from there...
Sakura relies on an excellent chakra control for her abilities, as long as she maintains this Chakra Control, her strength and healing abilities are greatly improved.
Strength...
Intelligence
Speed...
Summoning Jutsu...
I believe that if Sakura summons Katsuysu, it won't really be Sakura defeating Hinata....
Now, let's move on to Hinata...
In order to win, Hinata has to block Sakura's chakra points... making her weaker... she has to fight in such a way that Sakura cannot evade her and she needs to escape any genjutsu Sakura might use
First of all... will this be effect against Yin Seal Release?
The Yin Seal allows a person to store chakra in a seal and they are able to release it and get more chakra... the only problem is that it requires chakra to make and chakra control to maintain. If all your chakra points are blocked, you are in essence not controlling chakra and so you cannot maintain the seal... This is different from a tail beast (who is unaffected by the closing of your chakra points) giving you chakra...
Secondly, will Hinata be able to land a blow on Sakura...
In conclusion, Sakura is no match for Eight Trigrams Sixty Four Palms and that one jutsu solo's all of Sakura's techniques...
Hinata fights for others as well as to prove how strong she is to no one but herself. Her only rival is herself and she constantly works to improve herself...
That's what gives Hinata strength

Here, she is able to punch knock away the giant constructs created by the Iron Sand Gathering Assault technique. According to the Third Databook, this technique greatly increases the hardness of the Iron Sand, creating a gigantic steel-like weapon in an INSTANT. The weight and size of these shapes are so great, they can easily shatter bedrock and break through most defences with a single hit.
There is no doubt that Sakura is strong and is able to leave a hefty blow on opponents.
The only major weakness strength-wise is that her strength is almost entirely dependent on Chakra Control.

There is a lot of claim that Sakura is an intelligent character... however, in most solo battle, the ideas she comes up with aren't intelligent at all.
Here, she comes up with a not so intelligent plan to kill Sasuke... (This wasn't even planned on the spot.)
And soon after, she comes up with another not so intelligent plan (Kakashi recognizes that it's a stupid idea)
We can't link paper intelligence to battle intelligence... they're two different things. Sakura just isn't very good at battle intelligence and insight...
