sasukes not in it and there is one cool combined technique performed by neji and lee and no there is no new rasengan but he will use f..... rasen s....... and yes all rookie 9 plus team gai get some awesome kick ass moments of course lets not forget gaara and there will be a sceen with obito and rin.Gaara tried to stop naruto from stopping kakashi from sacrificing himself so there is a naruto vs gaara well there is one cool moment where all members of team 10 8 and gai defeat a huge monster ( which is 3 underlings fused together of the main villain) they all use their most used attack they also fight in teams separetly against their enemies.The final fighs were Naruto&Kakashi vs Hiruko(main vilain)-All teams and Gai vs giant fusion monster.

Naruto Shippūden 3: Inheritors of the Will of Fire (劇場版 NARUTO-ナルト- 疾風伝 火の意志を継ぐ者, Gekijōban Naruto Shippūden Hi no Ishi o Tsugu Mono) is the sixth overall Naruto film and third Naruto: Shippūden film and was released on August 1, 2009. It was revealed on the Naruto 10th Anniversary site and it was first shown along the preview of The Three-Tails Arrival anime filler arc. A lengthy preview of the movie was shown during Japan Expo 2009 in France, featuring French subtitles.
The film concerns the potential outbreak of a Fourth Great Shinobi World War when ninja with Kekkei Genkai abilities begin to disappear from Kumogakure, Iwagakure, Kirigakure, and Sunagakure. As the only village unscathed, Konohagakure is believed to be behind the incident, and rumors circulate that they are preparing a rebellion. With the other nations amassing troops at the Land of Fire's borders, threatening invasion, the Fire Daimyo orders Tsunade to apprehend those responsible and prove Konoha's innocence; in the event of failure, the Land of Fire will be forced to destroy the village in order to preserve world peace.[1]
The true culprit and main antagonist of the film, Hiruko, is a missing-nin and former friend of the Sannin that disappeared from Konohagakure dozens of years earlier, after developing Chimera Technique, a jutsu which allows him to absorb both the chakra and Kekkei Genkai of other ninja. Based in Mount Shami with his followers, Ichi, Ni, and San, Hiruko uses a genjutsu to project himself in the skies above Konoha, announcing that he will obtain the Kekkei Genkai of the Land of Fire and become immortal and invincible, then instigate the Fourth Great Shinobi World War and conquer the world. With Hiruko intending to use the power of the solar eclipse to carry out this plan, a race to defeat him begins as the moment of the eclipse draws near.[1]

The Chimera Technique is a technique that was developed by Hiruko, a missing-nin of Konohagakure, in order to compensate for his lack of natural special abilities. Superficially similar to the Chakra Absorption Technique, Hiruko uses this technique to forcibly extract the physical and spiritual energy of another ninja and enhale it through his mouth. It appears that he is able to completely remove the victim's chakra, potentially causing death.
After using this ability, Hiruko is able to detect their natural elemental affinity, and then manipulate the victim's chakra and perform ninjutsu of that element. This presumably allows him to utilize all forms of Nature Transformation. However, the most important feature of this ability, and the reason for its creation, is that it also allows Hiruko to absorb and adopt any Kekkei Genkai that his victim may possess, giving him access to a host of additional abilities and special traits.
