Ao and Jiraiya was NEVER evil. Ao retired [Boruto Chapter 19] and Jiraiya, seriously? You going to ask if Jiraiya was evil. As it relates to Jiraiya, Koji Kashin is just a clone. That does not make Jiraiya evil.
Your theory is not much that fascinating. We already know Jigen is an recarniate of Isshiki Oosutsuki. And Oosutuski are alien parasite that use chakra fruit which is genetic information that they eat and update themselves or evolve.
