Anyway, you should know better than to lie. You're not thinking. You're trying to be cute by injecting mockery. So, I'll just take the invitation to explain what is going on.
Individuals like Clinton and Senator No_Name were key pieces in managing slush funds used by the CIA to fund various terrorist groups around the world. ISIS, Al Qaeda, MS-13, etc. These groups were all being managed by various front operations and organizations, which can be set up without any congressional oversight. The CIA can, legally, establish its own private funding sources and use them without any kind of government oversight (of course, when you have a covert agency that can make people disappear, one must question if any kind of oversight can ever be had). Hence the "foreign policy" of the U.S. to foment civil wars within nations and then come along to 'help' the 'freedom fighters.'
Of course, for this to work, there can't be much in the way of truly investigative journalism. Various legal statutes give the intelligence agencies a great deal of power over the media, and syndicated mass media only made this easier to implement. It, also, doesn't help that many within the CIA were of ... common blood ... to those in the growing media establishment and were more than willing to cooperate with various social engineering schemes to 'enlighten' the mass savages of average people by feeding them a very carefully selected range of media designed to influence public opinion.
Thus, for all intents and purposes, the American media is entirely an arm of the CIA - with CNN being a very literal front operation set up by the CIA. The British networks are, effectively, the world's media networks, and the history of the British royalty controlling the media goes all the way back to the advent of the printing press. Which, if you know the history of the CIA - the CIA is, effectively, an arm of MI6.
British Crown control over U.S. affairs isn't simply limited to media, however - it is also present within the banking industry and who owns/operates the international monetary system. To put it bluntly, after Russia threw the Rothschilds out; the whole of the western media suddenly began drumming up a new Cold War with Russia. So, that should be the first clue.

Anyway - the CIA works through both activist cells and the media to create dramatic events designed to shape public opinion. Jury is still out on whether or not anyone actually dies during these things - but I think it would be naive to assume people do not. Precisely how they do this is based off of ritual abuse and stimulant patterns, though that is another story, for another day. I'll put it this way - Nassim's father was a microwave and ultrasound amplifier specialist.
However, it's interesting to note that right after these events, the buildings are almost always demolished and - surprise - a new building for that establishment is constructed almost immediately. In the case of private businesses, this is easier to explain without fuckery ... but in the case of schools, which must go through various design stages, committee proposals, etc before being approved; it leaves one to wonder why a sudden spat of donations would fall to the district ahead of one of these shootings.
