I would take the famous bartho stance in my huge cloak with a war fan and sword on my back and then perform two handseals causing a pool of mud to form beneath you out of which two ropes rise and bind you TIGHTLY, lifting you up in the air where two giant hands emerging out of the ground smashing you like a bug, the hands will first connect at the fingers after which the middle of the palms will crush you, this is done so that should you shatter the hands, they would fingers will fall, crush and kill you and I'll then perform another handseal (specialty) causing rain to start falling, a rain that allows me to sense everything.

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

As Shun notices the earth under him turn to mud, Shun quickly bends his hand and delivers a punch which will release a giant whirlwind in such a way that will lauch Shun 5 metres backwards at and angle of 30 degrees thereby making Shun evade the jutsu. And as Shun feels the rain droplets on his skin, he felt disturbed then he quickly creates two smoke dragons(with paper bombs embedded in them but unknown to kura) to fly towards Kurapika(one at the left and the other at the right) and once they get to both sides of Kura, they will clash into Kura, covering Kura in a spinning smoke ball that suffocates Kura while the paper bombs in the smoke sphere detonates leading to an explosion that kills Kura in the sphere. Shun then finishes by creating a smoke clone 2 metres to his right.

As Shun notices that Kura was now in a sort of maximum concentration, it now dawned on Shun that the stance taken by Kura was the same that was taken by Bolin(now Klaus) in one of his battles with him then Shun quickly knowing what comes next quickly turns himself into a water body and crashes to the ground thereby escaping the several pressure shots due to his new form and after that was over, Shun turned back to human and quickly placed Kura in a genjutsu where leaves would swirl around Kura and as they fall off, Kura would see his worst nightmare which will shock him and make him faint. Shun would then erupt several earth spikes from the earth below Kura to skew Kura.

As Shun dropped dead, Kurapika would wait for his next prey, being a predator was sure interesting. Kura would look behind himself at irregular intervals incase anyone tried to sneak up on him.

Spectra(with his mandalore armor on) slowly walks on to the battle field and as he sees Shun's dead body on the ground, he nods his head in pity and face Kura while channelling his doton chakra into the ground to cause tremor on the ground that causes Kura to fall, then Spectra quickly made two handseals(while Kura is falling) and made the earth below Kura to turn into a large pit(3 metres radius) and spiral inwards to bury Kura alive. Then without waiting to see Kura's reaction, Spectra quickly made a rock clone(Shun) which looks exactly like the dead ninja on the ground(Shun) 2 metres to his right.

I'm assuming I'm suppose to fall face flat and you have to use transformation jutsu to make your clone look like someone else

As I am about to fall face first to the ground, I would attempt to break my fall with my fist, as my fist is inches from the ground, I would focus fuuton chakra in my hand and release a tornado towards the ground at an angle that would launch me towards you head first.

Getting short range from you I'll flip while releasing a burst of earth chakra from my body forming an armour of dense earth, I would then manipulate short range length spikes to protrude outwards from my right leg. To complete my move, I'll perform a front flip midair driving my right heel into your head, the spikes would easily drill holes in your body killing you in an instant, besides, the force from the kick would easily crush your skull also killing you.

The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

As Spectra sees Kura launching towards him, Spectra quickly makes one handseal and creates 5 tornadoes of wind that rampage into Kura(while he's in mid-air) after which Spectra quickly grabs a scroll and activates the scroll with his doton chakra to turn the earth around him(all of short range) into mud in which if Kura steps on it, 3 mud wolves will emerge from it and attack Kura till he dies(Im not so good with the description but I know that you know what Im trying to say).

Despite being damaged the wolves can reform which can keep the enemy occupied to allow the enemy make a getaway. (Can only create a maximum of 3 mud wolves)

As the tornados start forming, I focus and exhale the large fireball at the tornado, the fireball will burst into a maelstrom igniting the tornado, the huge explosion will push me back to mid range.

As Spectra sees Kura being pushed backwards(with his face facing me) by the explosion, Spectra quietly channel his earth chakra into the ground to make several rock spikes emerge from the ground where Kura is going to land to impale Kura once he lands and Kill Kura(since you were pushed backwards with your face facing me and I didn't make any handseal nor movement for the jutsu, you won't detect the earth spikes) and just as Kura reached the ground(whether impaled or not), Spectra quickly makes two handseals and places his hand on the ground to make the earth which Kura landed on to spiral inwards to bury Kura dead or alive.

The sound of the spikes tearing through the ground would make me notice it just in time to tilt my head to the left and exhale a stream of wind that pushes me to the right out of harm, while midair without handseals I would exhale 3 fireballs at your position that erupt into a geyser of flames at your position burning you into crisps before you perform your second move.

I don't think you would hear it due to your distance but I will continue anyway.

As Kura releases a stream of wind from his mouth, Spectra quickly makes the Tiger handseal and as Kura releases the 3 fire bullets, Spectra quickly spits out 5 fast water bullets, 3 to cancel out the fire bullets and the remaining two to hit Kura directly. Spectra then creates a freezing mist from the water at long range(making the mist appear all at once) that reduces Kura's speed, reflex and reaction. Spectra then performs two handseals that forms countless sea serpent-like creatures that swim around the mist which converge in on Kura from all directions in a furious feeding frenzy with such ferocity that the surrounding mist will begin to boil and churn, before being stained by the crimson blood. Spectra then waits to see Kura's reaction.

Description: A variation of the Hidden Mist jutsu, but instead of releasing normal mist, the user makes extremely cold "freezing" mist. This mist is so cold that the evaporated water of the mist changes into ice crystals. The result of this is that the mist is a lot "heavier" which makes it more difficult to just blow away. It's most effective against people who user IG for example. The cold of the mist makes the joints of the opponent slower functioning, due to his fast breath his longs start to freeze at a rapid rate (he breaths fast the cold air in) but above all the ice crystals start to attach themselves to solid objects more easier than normal water of mist. This makes the opponent loose energy and heat rapidly, which makes his movements yet again a lot slower.
The effect is the same on normal people, for instance the speed of making handseals slows down, same goes for their reflexes. Since the mist is made of the user's chakra, it does not affect him.

Description: The user will perform two handseals before focusing their chakrainto a technique-produced mist. Through shape manipulation, the user will form portions of the surrounding mist into countless grotesque sea serpent-like creatures which appear to be "swimming" around inside of the mist itself. These hideous creatures are blind by nature, however they're capable of sensing anything (whether or not it possess chakra) in direct contact with the mist. Furthermore, these creatures exhibit certain but limited chakra draining qualities (Similar to Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique), so as long as the opponent remains in contactwith the creaturesthey'll gradually be depleted of chakra (50 chakra per turn). Whenever the user wishes to, he can command the swarm to converge on the opponent from all sides in a furious feeding frenzy with such ferocity that the surrounding mist will begin to boil and churn, before being stained by the crimson blood. Despite the viciousness of the attack, the sea serpents are more than mindful not to harm their creator in the slightest.

As the water bullets move at him, Kurapika would point his right hand at your position coating his palm in a paw shaped bubble, releasing the bubble, a massive pawshaped shockwave will be released easily tearing through the two bullets and heading towards you leaving paw prints in the air, in your body and the ground, the shockwave will move at insane speed killing you as I land.
As I land, I would perform an handseal kneading katon chakra in my mouth and exhaling a massive wall of flames that blocks our view of each other and moves at you at much slower speed compared to my first attack burning you to crisp, as the fire jutsu moved, I would focus raiton chakra in a kunai and throw it at your upper body in an upwards arc, the flames wall will make a suitable cover/distraction.

However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.

As Spectra sees the shockwave, he quickly makes one handseal and expels a large stream of fire that destroys the shockwave and continues towards Kura and as the fire stream got cancelled or hit Kura, Spectra quickly makes four handseals and creates several blades of wind to attack Kura from different angles, Spectra then says "its time to finish this" as he activates his Mandalorian Armor.

Description:This is the basis of the clans abilities. The higher your up in the rank the more your armor will be upgraded to a more powerful state. Each Rank have their own set starting With E Rank Mandolorian, D Rank Mandolorian Scout, C Rank Mandolorian Fighter. Etc.. The activation of the armor is through channeling chakra all throughout the armor . Causing the functions of the armor to activate. The armor's helmet possesses a pair of special lenses on them and foreign chakra to the rest. The foreign chakra is able to almost instantly channel into the human brain from the helmet when foreign chakra is detected inside the body, these lenses are like the Dojutsus that the Uchihas possess to a limit. These lenses give the user the ability to track the speed as the 1 tomoe sharingan.The armor and all it's abilities can then be controlled via voice command. The armor is made from a special chakra emitting metal and can deflect simple kunai & shuriken without receiving damage. The armor transmits data to it's user allowing the user to effectively use his 5 sense(including touch) All armors have communicators inside of them aswell, to communicate with each other even while inside the armor. Furthermore the Mandalorian armor has many sensing aids which boost the user's visual perception. Also the part of the armor covering the users mouth can open if there is a concentration of chakra in the user's mouth, allowing the user to spew out attacks normally. The armor's jet-pack is operated by a fuel tank which is compartmentalized to prevent accidental explosions.
Jet-Pack: The user gains the ability to fly and maneuver in sky using his pressurized Jet-pack. The Jet-Pack moves the user around at his/her base speed level. Can fly for two turns at a time with a one-turn recharge time. The jetpack can be used a total of five times before it runs out of fuel.
Immunity to C-rank and Below Taijutsu as well as Simple Weapons: Due to it's strong material the Mandalorian armor can absorb the damage dealt by C-rank and below Taijutsu.
-Chakra SensingUsing the armors helment the user gains the ability to see chakra but not differentiate between shadow clones.
-Motion Sensing: The helmet allows the user to better track and see objects in motion. This ability is equivalent to the motion sensing of a 1T Sharingan.
-Infrared and Heat Seeking: The armor's helmet allows the user to see and seek heat signatures using infrared vision.
-Vibrating Sword: By vibration his sword the user can increase his cutting ability as well as the power of his Kenjutsu ( 15). This can be done twice per battle and lasts for two turns.
-Speed Stimulants LVL 1: The user's speed is increased 50%. Lasts for two turns.
-Speed Stimulants LVL 2: The user's speed is doubled. Lasts one turn.
-Strength StimulantLVL 1: The user's power is increased and all his Taijutsu deal 15 damage. Lasts two turns.
-Strength StimulantsLVL 2: The user's power is increased and all his Taijutsu deal 30 damage. Lasts one turn.
-Once a stimulant is used, the user must wait two turns before using another stimulant again.
-One speed and one strength stimulant may be used at the same time, but afterward the armor must wait two turns to recharge, causing the user to temporarily lose all armor-based Mandalorian abilities.

This armor is the old one, it has the things I need, I didn't post the new one because it is too much and Im currently on my phone.

Since it is past the time limit and you haven't replied, I'll have to assume my attack kills Kura.

After killing Kura, Spectra(with his armor activated) Spectra activates his chakra sensing, motion sensing and heat sensing as he awaits his next opponent while taking note of any slight change in the environment to avoid a surprise attack.

The moment you start releasing the stream, I would stomp the ground, two S rank pillars will spring out of the ground, binding your hands to your sides, your palm tucked facing your body, the pillars will intertwine you so tight, you wouldnt be able to tilt your head an inch, the pillars will launch you into the air to your left, should you continue to release the stream, it would the air to my right, the stream you released at me would die off midway due it being an incomplete stream, the pillars would launch you head first into the ground, stomping the ground yet again, three flame pillars will rise at your landing position in a triangular pattern intercepting your fall and piercing through your head and shoulders with so much ease that you'll get burnt from your insides out.
