Immediately, Kelvin waves one hand seal, and manipulated the water to mask his presence. Since, he manipulated the water, the mist came all at once. Immediately, before the opponent dispersed the wind, Kelvin made another handseal and created a clone which sank into the water immediately since he didn't put chakra beneath his feet. Using The underground motion technique, he masked his presence and propelled beneath spectra...

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

As Spectra sees Kelvin create the mist, Spectra smiled while saying "you shouldn't have done that kiddo" and as Kelvin finished creating the mist(before he makes the water clone), Spectra quickly makes two handseals and channels chakra into the mist created by Kelvin in order to create countless numbers of sea-serpents swimming around in the mist which converges on Kelvin from all sides in a furious feeding frenzy with such ferocity that the surrounding mist will begin to boil and churn, before being stained by the crimson blood.
Spectra then nods in pity and then tears his clothe to reveal his Mandalore armor and waits to see Kelvin's reaction.

Description: The user will perform two handseals before focusing their chakrainto a technique-produced mist. Through shape manipulation, the user will form portions of the surrounding mist into countless grotesque sea serpent-like creatures which appear to be "swimming" around inside of the mist itself. These hideous creatures are blind by nature, however they're capable of sensing anything (whether or not it possess chakra) in direct contact with the mist. Furthermore, these creatures exhibit certain but limited chakra draining qualities (Similar to Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique), so as long as the opponent remains in contactwith the creaturesthey'll gradually be depleted of chakra (50 chakra per turn). Whenever the user wishes to, he can command the swarm to converge on the opponent from all sides in a furious feeding frenzy with such ferocity that the surrounding mist will begin to boil and churn, before being stained by the crimson blood. Despite the viciousness of the attack, the sea serpents are more than mindful not to harm their creator in the slightest.
Note: Lasts for three turns
Note: Can only be used twice per battle
Note: Can only be used by Kirigakure Shinobi
Note: No Water Release above A-Rank in the user's next turn.

Even though I will create the clone before your action, I'll still go with it...

While making handseal for the clone, he noticed something seemed like swimming in the mist... He knew it shouldn't be since he uses mist a lot....
Just before contact, he dispersed the chakra beneath his feet and immediately sank in the water, avoiding the tech...
While in the water, he quickly masked his presence with the undermotion technique he made a clone and also the underwater technique to go below him. The clone then came on the water and stood on it. Hurling kunais at spectra in an arc from both sides and above, the real went below him, made one handseal and placing a hand, he caught him in an inescapable sphere of water... The clone then threw explosive kunias directly at him...
Just about to make contact with the water, the real from underwater dispersed the tech and the explosive kunias hit him creating an explosion as the real sinks back into the water(masked still)

The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water


Note that even your armor can't sense my existence... It will only sense that of my clone as I am masking with a technique

There's no way Im accepting this, first the mist blinds us all so you won't see anything(you won't see the creatures) second, you can't just counter my jutsu by releasing the chakra under your feet(which is freeform) and thirdly, I make them attack you as soon as they form so you don't have enough time to react and get underwater. Please edit your move since its clearly wrong.

Interesting... Yea, I can actually dodge it like that... But, I would continue... I don't wanna end it too soon though.

So, as Kelvin hears the opponent say "You shouldn't have done that", he sensed something was wrong. Immediately, he blew away the mist with a water technique, causing the "serpents to fall as there was no mist. The wind will continue towards shonnen. Before the mist would clear on shonnen's side, Kelvin would alter his vision and make everything dark. Before he would dispel, he wouldve been caught.

As Spectra felt that the sea serpents have fallen(which was the exact time you released the wind blast), Spectra quickly makes his cloth morph into his Mandalorian armor and his hood morph into his Mandalorian helmet after he sensed the incoming chakra aiming at him but he didn't know what the nature of the chakra was and shortly after, he heard the whistling sound of the incoming attack and he immediately knew that it was a wind based attack. As he was about to counter the attack, his armor alerted him that he has been placed in an illusion and his armor quickly helps him to break out of the illusion by disrupting the flow of his opponent's chakra in his body.
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).

Spectra then quickly makes one handseal(speciality) and exhales a massive stream of intense flames at the incoming wind blast to destroy it and still continues towards his opponent.

Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames, after doing the Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger hand seals. The technique has an enourmous range and can cover a huge area. When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower.

As Spectra sees his Fire stream cancelled, he quickly makes an handseal and exhales 5 giant tornadoes of the wind that moves towards the incoming body of water after which Spectra quickly covers his hand with major lightning and claps both his hands together to release a powerful thunderbolt at his opponent, Spectra then looks at his opponent with pity.

The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.

As Kelvin would notice wind coming towards him, he would exhale a large quantity of water, overpowering the wind and continue towards the opponent which would burn him to ashes before he releases any other technique if not countered

As Spectra sees the incoming stream of flames, Spectra also quickly makes one handseal and also exhales a large stream of flames that overpowers Kelvin's fire stream and continues towards Kelvin, as Spectra's fire stream got cancelled or hit Kelvin, Spectra quickly makes one handseal and creates a portal above Kelvin and from the portal, a giant flat-shaped earth lid appears in the sky above Kelvin and drops on Kelvin to push Kelvin into the water and kill Kelvin underwater by crushing him underwater.

Description: After doing the Snake handseal and slamming his hands on the ground, he user creates a portal above the target, high in the sky from which a giant, boar-shaped, earthen lid drops and falls on the target, trapping it underneath. The lid can be hollow or solid, depending on if the user wants to deal damage to the enemy or not. Because of its size, to safely used, the lid has to be created at least mid range from the user otherwise he will also be caught inside. The biggest lid can dwarf a boss summon like Nagato's Dog or Gamabunta.
