If this really is the last chapter its ending super unclimactic we don't even see Erina serve her mom a meal and I was hoping we get an ending Soma and Erina confess there feelings or a time skip last chapter. If this is the end I'm real disappointed.

It's something, but everything still remains underwhelming.

From a broad perspective this arc was rushed and superficial. The progression of several characters actually regressed while new characters were plainly bland.

From a narrow perspective it isn't any better. Mana doesn't eat Souma's dish nor Erina's one. The dish Soma made doesn't seem to be that special either. Normally there's always something unique about it, but now it was limited to explaining he did super-special stuff with the ingredients -.- Also why is suddenly the Egg Benedict Erina made back then so special?

Above all though, in the end what progression was now made? Other then that Erina now respects Souma, their relationship remains unaltered. It feels like a Bleach was pulled: creating a non-existing issue to consequently solve it immediately afterwards and present it as 'progression'.

I hope these extra chapters give a more satisfying sense of closure.
