Do you think this was the shocking conclusion? I think there's still some more to go. The last chapter or two might have a tiny build up for the next movie; my guess..
After the Infinite Tsukuyomi is undone and everybody is celebrating, Sasuke and Naruto sit down completely exhausted, then they sense something. They look up the hill and see the silouhette a man, but is immediately gone. Naruto and Sasuke are then seen shaking, a little bit like how Sasuke was when he first saw Orochimaru in the Chuunin exams. Sakura comes and asks them if everything's alright and they say they're fine.
