Description: The user will send their chakra towards the opponent to create electrical chains about one meter away from the opponent that are to circle the enemy to create a spherical image around the target large enough to trap about one individual inside. Once the chains are fully formed, they will then wrap themselves around the enemy's body within the sphere so that he is unable to escape. The user of this jutsu can perform the ram handseal to proceed to shock the enemy that has become trapped inside if he so chooses to so.
Can only be used twice
Can only be taught by Omega
Cannot be used in consecutive turns
No S rank Raition during or after the turn this is used.

It can trap the opponent with lightning chains making the unable to move while at the same time doing damage to them also the opponent wont try and make dat water substitution C-rank or whatever or he'll be electroduce most water jutsu he tries will make him electroduce himself. I would firstly use that S-rank fire jutsu that Madara used against fodder , the wide range one then probably follow up with the lightning jutsu or even a fire jutsu that blocks the opponent's vision from me, since lightning and fire pass through each other then i see fire one of the best options that i would try to make a combo with.
Genious bro. LOL, thats pretty much everything I had to say about it to. Also the fire lightning combo since they pass through each other is a main point I like. Also you can shock everything inside if you choose to use it that way but I like the combinations myself. Moreover you may also use Suiton to electrocute them. Enjoy the Cage. LOL
