Actually, Sakura is one of the most hated characters on this forum, therefore shes also one of most underrated here.

Personally, I cant remember a single time when she was overrated on this forum. Maybe once a month some troll will post rubbish about her, but overall shes not overrated, its the contrary, large number of users underrates her. Itachi, Minato, Nagato - those are perfect examples of guys who are overrated on daily basis by many people.

It's not just about experience, i'd say she's go more med nin TALENT'S since she's more into it compared to someone who fights with brute strength and heal's as well

Shizune actually uses her med nin in a 1 vs 1 fight (Her poison, remember)

In part1 Tsunade stated she haven't seen such a talent AFTER Shizune, like Sakura. I think Sakura is better in chakra controll and medical ninjutsu, because Shizune can't use the CES.

This is an invalid argument.
According to Shizune, after Dan's death, Tsunade DIDN'T used her healing abilities. This means Shizune learn the medical ninjutsu without Tsunade's help. I mean sure, she trained her the theory, but not the practice.
