I pick Shizune cuz she can not only use shadow clones but she can make a poison fog which i think will be enough, kabuto himself said that he´d be a goner if he so much as sniffed a little bit.

Sakura has strenght but i´m sure she isn´t as fast as Tsunade, besides, can you use taijutsu to fight a poison fog? No, Shizune use shadow clones, while she fighting the clones, she does the fog.
