I know that this might have been done before,but I just wanted to talk about these three a little bit (even though they're fodder)
Shizune,being Tsunade's first student,of course would specialize in medical ninjutsu. Her best feat would be healing neji after his fight with Kidomaru,in a super hard operation alongside other medics. She was also able to find information about Black Receivers and White Zetsus using autopsy.
Shizune has a score of 29.5 on the data book. She is described as a speedy ninja in the wiki,and uses her needle launcher to shoot needless at her enemies with speed. She can also shoot them from her mouth.
But of course her strongest jutsu,is her Poison Fog,which doesn't require hand sings and can kill you with one breath
Kurenai was held as the best genjutsu user in konoha,and even got praised by Itachi himself. Her only jutsu shown is Demonic Illusion: Tree binding death
Anko was trained by Orochimaru,and having some of his signature jutsus like the shadow snake hands.She has a forbidden jutsu,Twin snake sacrifice jutsu,which kills both the user and the enemy.
Anko also has a curse seal but she refuses to use it and probably would die from the pain anyways.
If we go by data book we have Kurenai=shizune>anko (which has a 26 score)
I think that Shizune is stronger than Kurenai simply because she has a perfect chakra control because she's a medic and would be able to release herself from Kurenai's illusions. But kurenai does not have any counter to poison. What do you guys think?

Kurenai has also a score of 29.5 on her data book. She showed to have quite good reflexes, being able to immediately break from her own genjutsu by biting her lips,dodge itachi's kunai and then defend against his kick.
