Not really. The manga never made that distinction between quantity and quality.
Sakura's chakra control and skill surpasses that of Shizune's, this is the premise for better medical prowess. Shizune never did anything Sakura couldn't either.
At this point comparing Shizune with Sakura is like comparing her with Tsunade.

Sakura healed the entire alliance twice .She also healed people individually before .
After she released the seal She was the only medic healing while the other medics (shizune included) did nothing.

Actually sakura did save his life. If Sakura didn't do anything he would be dead. Shizune can't replicate Sakura feats. Learning regeneration means she surpassed shizune

I know, but later on manga proved that Yin Seal isn't enough to heal others... It's either a plot hole or simply it was Katsuyu healing others using Tsunade's chakra to maintain her in Konoha and let her stick to injured ppl.

Sakura kept him alive until the help was there. It was nothing spectacular - I'm 99% sure Shizune could do the same thing. But it doesn't mean any of the could heal Naruto, because it wasn't even a flesh wound.
