Contrary to popular belief zabuza owns as he will start by using water dragon jutsu to push them back and distract them and then uses hidden mist jutsu and picks them off relatively easily due to the fact they csn t hear or see him and they don't have increased smelling so they are screwed and just to top it off water clones will fodderise them if he can create them that is

Dont do this to yourself bro

Both Shizune and Asuma are superior or qeual to Zabuza in Inteligence/Speed. Moreover, Shizune is far superior to him in hand seals.
Anko's snakes can sense body temperature, so water clones are useless.
Moreover, Zabuza cannot see in the mist as well. He bases his movements on sound made by his victims. In this case, with multiple snakes around and 3 ppl, his hearing sense would be disturbed as hell. Putting up a Hidden mist would only be a disadvantage for him.

The team wins low diff.

Nattana;13935094]Both Shizune and Asuma are superior or qeual to Zabuza in Inteligence/Speed. Moreover, Shizune is far superior to him in hand seals.

This is all insignificant. Kakashi was superior in intelligence but was outsmarted by Zabuza. Kakashi Part 2 was Asuma's speed; however, Zabuza was shown to be able to match him.

Anko's snakes can sense body temperature, so water clones are useless.

Clones can still kill the fodder snakes. Plus it is uncertain if water clones can give off a body temperature.

Moreover, Zabuza cannot see in the mist as well. He bases his movements on sound made by his victims. In this case, with multiple snakes around and 3 ppl, his hearing sense would be disturbed as hell.

No they wouldn't? Zabuza was able to hear just fine with Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, the old man, and animals around (the rabbit used as a substitution). Nothing of a similar matter hinted his hearing was disturbed, thus this is an invalid argument.

Putting up a Hidden mist would only be a disadvantage for him.

The team wins low diff.

Nah it gives him the match

Zabuza has large scale water jutsu with no water source? Please show me this.
All he has in his arsenal hear is kenjutsu, and silent killing here.

Dude, fodder nameless chuunin were shown to use B-rank jutsu (water wall) during the war arc. Even Yahiko as a kid could use Suiton without a source:

If those fodders can use Suiton, a master high jounin level Suiton user like Zabuza can definitely use them without a nearby water source too.

Also, Zabuza already displaced using his mist (which is a suiton) without a nearby source so it's evident he can.

Zabuza wins high difficulty.

Some people just look at the number of people and say this team wins without actually understanding how the battle will play out.

Numbers don't mean much against silent killing as shown in the War Arc where it took a bunch of team work and a complicated plan from Kakashi to stop Zabuza. If it wasn't for Kakashi and his plan, who knows how many people Zabuza would have killed. Considering a young Zabuza that had not even joined the academy was able to kill 100 genins, a mature Zabuza can take out two low jounin levels and one mid jounin level ninja. Zabuza himself is a high jounin level shinobi so it shouldn't be impossible for him to do so just because he is outnumbered.

Anyway, Asuma alone can push Zabuza to mid difficulty which is why this is a high difficulty fight for Zabuza. Without Asuma, Zabuza would win with low difficulty.

The fight would probably being with Zabuza blinding the opposition with hidden mist, creating several water clones and then sending them to fight the jounins. Meanwhile, Asuma would bring out his chakra blades, Shizune would bring out her poisonous needles and Anko would probably bring out her snakes located inside her arm pits. In order to defend against silent killing, the jounin would have to form a Manji formation to avoid being caught off guard from behind, nevertheless, if they do use this formation, Zabuza can blast them with a water dragon so using this formation to counter silent killing will yield no tangible results.

If the team decides to split up, Zabuza can easily manage to get behind them and finish them off relatively easily.

As for team 1's potential counters to the hidden mist and silent killing. These could include Asuma's burning ash to evaporate the mist's water molecules or Asuma's wind dust cloud to blow the mist away. The burning ash is a flawed counter because it produces a lot of blinding smoke which will conceal Zabuza and it is a linear attack that won't clear out the mist from the sides and back, which is Zabuza's preferred and most effective method of silent killing. Similarly, the wind dust cloud is also a flawed counter for similar reasons. It can create a dust cloud and will only create a gaping hole in the mist in front of the user. Again the sides and behind of a person are still exposed.

Anko's snakes may have heat sensing abilities, but her team mates can throw off that sensory ability because her team mates are also the same temperature as Zabuza. Moreover, water clones are made out of water so those heat sensory abilities won't differentiate them from the environment. Shizune's poison cloud will only serve to poison her own team mates as Zabuza is cautious enough to utilize water clones.

Anyway Zabuza's superiority is clearly evident.

Asuma alone is enough to go toe to toe with Zabuza. The Jonin take this, easily I might add.

Give Asuma a sensory ability (Anko) and he wins. Anko could also definitely suicide tech once they make sure it's not a clone.

The snakes are the counter for kirigakure no jutsu. They can sense Zabuza, and can even tell the difference from real Zabuza to a water clone.

You rely too much on Anko. Once Zabuza kills her, which he will with ease, all of team 1's chances are gone.

By the way, those snakes can't tell when Zabuza's water clones are going to strike, so water clones can still go on the offensive and team 1 won't realize there are water clones on the battlefield. Moreover, Anko will have to tell the others and communicate with them openly to warn them about Zabuza which means that her two team mates may not be fast enough to understand what is happening. Also Zabuza isn't going to stand in one place the entire time so it will be hard to pinpoint his exact location since it is constantly changing.

Even if the snakes gets killed by Zabuza she can always use the jutsu again.
The amount of the snakes is pretty great so I genuinely believe they could even immobilize Zabuza. :|
Asuma at least can counter some water clones. I believe Shizune can too, since she IS a jonin.
