ok so this guy's fast enough to react to Sasuke and even nail him with an attack before he can activate Susanoo and yet Sasuke can sneak up on him even with all his SHARINGAN eyes all over his head and even hands. i guess people finally realize that the power gap was never even that big. sakura is top tier, like it or not.

minato, itachi, jinchurikis, yeah. they are all still among the very strongest of the series, when you really think about it, all rinnegan is is what nagato had, maybe just a little stronger, and rikudo mode is pretty much bijou sage mode plus tab and flying (though I'm almost certain that and sasukes rinnegan tomoe are gone now)
