Obesity is a problem, but does it need to be brought to light? I'm not trying to hate but I'm pretty sure I can pick out the flaws of every one of you on this base. Should I? No. Why? Because I believe you are your own worst critic and I'm pretty sure you each know your flaws inside and out so I'm not going to badger you about it and try to bring you down. Humanity I and compassion are things that need to be taught. Not intolerance and bigotry. Just because you were blessed with a fast metabolism doesn't make you any better. I'm pretty sure you all eat worse than her but your metabolism is cushioning that blow . She doesn't have that luxury so instead of calling out the obvios I implore you all to try to look in a little deeper.

You actually present an excellent point but the way I see it, as a role model the newscaster has somewhat of a responsibility to present herself in the best possible manner, and when she said that she was aware of her self being overweight, of course she was, but most people need a little push before they realize that they need to change for the better
