I'm glad to see the body count get a shot in the arm. Although, I was a bit letdown that Zeref's demons were just another guild.

This chapter was alright to me I mean to some it would be awesome but to me it is just okay. I mean destroying the magic council didn't make me go wow since by all means Ultear/Grimore Heart/Jellal did the same. I hope the fights are interesting and the Villains are good but I refuse to hype them to the extreme of being unbeatable. I mean by all means Fairy Tail could stand up to them since a lot of characters haven't shown their full strength yet. For example:

Mirajane hasn't shown her full power yet.
Lucy hasn't shown the power of UM or other Unison or most of her spirits power after SO
Erza only requiped 1 armor after SO she can many on that scale.
Natsu never fully showed his DF in Lightning Fire mode
Rajinshuu havent shown their power.
Gajeel hasn't shown the rest of his ISD
etc

Only 2 characters we have seen the best from for me would be Juvia and Elfman the rest didn't show their full power during the GMG. Also probably Laxus but just Maybe. I have yet to make a decision that Fairy Tail doesn't stand a chance until I see them in full force until then I hold judgment until the battles.

Agreed. This has me very excited for the upcoming arc. It also means Gildarts will probably finally get serious and start stomping people around.
