Shisui's Susano'o

Do you think Shisui awakened his Susano'o?
His both MS eyes got their own techniques.

His right MS can control people without them knowing. But the jutsu can be broken if the controlled person gets to know that he 's under control. The jutsu is activated by direct eye contact.

His left MS controls a person and makes him accomplish the order which it casts. The jutsu is called KotoAmatsukami. The jutsu is triggered when a certain condition is satisfied. It is just a possibility that the jutsu can remain active for 10 years. Otherwise it can be broken by a high level Genjutsu or any jutsu which tries to control the victim and cancels out both the jutsus. Also if the victim is already under control of some other jutsu and if KA is casted on the victim, both the jutsus are cancelled and the victim is free.

So there might be a possibility that he also got Susano'o but he never used it.

The perquisite for a Susanoo is Tsukuyomi and Amateresu
