It just his design it does make his stand out more but that is to be expected eye was sought after so many people its unique power is reflected it its design.He is not the only one with a unique sharingan sasukes is inverted.Its just something kishi did to help distinguish the eyes apart

while i dont believe the thread i will say sasukes is three based if you draw it the intersecting lines make it look like 6 but yea the designs are for individuality if everyones were the same it wouldn't be very unique or powerful
