Man , I don't understand 2 much of Hindi Slang ....though I'm in Punjab,India.....I'm in NIT Jalandhar...got here through AIEEE ...my Home town's CHENNAI.....but still I can get wat u r saying ......Itachi burned the crow with Shisui's eye in it but how Itachi was having another left Sharingan eye eventhough Shisui's left eye was inside of that Crow....?

That would be a plot hole. Itachi transferred it to Naruto just before he went to face Sasuke. We saw Itachi use it, because it reacted to his eye. Sasuke does have Itachi's eyes, but since Itachi gave the eye to Naruto beforehand Sasuke doesn't have that ability.

How Itachi was able to use Shisui's ocular Jutsu.....since he said that he just programmed the eye to react upon Sasuke's encounter with Naruto & moreover it'll just castupon an eternal genjutsu on the opponent so the user may take advantage of the niche & get over the opponent .....but Itachi was able 2 manipulate the jutsu (Koto amatsukami) over Kabuto to get rid of edo~tensai ,eventhough Itachi was not having Shisui's eye @ that time( during his encounter with Naruto & B).....However , during that time Itachi was having a left eye ....which couldn't b Shisui's eye , as he gave that 2 Naruto...........so, my question is that who's eye was within Itachi's left eye socket with an EMS & being able 2 cast amaterasu even & also how Itachi used Shisui's ocular Jutsu upon Kabuto.........?

It was programmed to react to Itachi's MS only, but Itachi used the jutsu to break free from Kabuto's control. Right after he destroyed the crow he told Naruto and Bee it would be pointless to keep it around, because it can only be used once every ten years. He said he was going to trust Naruto to make Sasuke see reason through his own way instead of forcing him to like Itachi planned.

And that's what I'm asking man How the justsu can break Kabuto's control.......& whose eye was in Itachi's left eye socket?

But, I might as well need 2 know how Itachi managed 2 get back his MS as he gave his left eye (i.e., Shisui's eye) to Naruto....I mean by means of crow..2 Naruto.....
